Professional Standards and Practices
Initial Meeting
There is no fee charged for our first meeting. The purpose of getting together is to discuss your project, goals and concerns; and if we can help, agree on our next steps.

Project Acceptance
Most projects can be started within two weeks of reaching an agreement. The most productive projects are those in which there is a commitment of time, budget and resources and a partnership developed between you, your staff and us.

Agreements
An agreement will detil the responsibilities, scope and duration of the project. We work on hourly rate, project fee, and not-to-exceed arrangements. Your choice should be based on your particular needs.

Pilot Programs
A business to business call center marketing pilot program must be of at least 100 calling hours, spread over a four to eight week period; although, some projects require much more call time to develop meaningful baselines on which to develop a long term program for in-house sales or support departments.

Proprietary Information
All information provided to Perry-Moran during the course of a project (lists, materials and confidences) will be treated as proprietary and will never be used for any other purpose.
