Telemarketing Consulting Services
The first step is to do a feasibility study to identify the areas in which telemarketing can play a productive role. This usually takes a few weeks and requires involvement of your staff.

Program Development
Based on the study findings, Perry-Moran works in partnership with you to develop a program that will enhance your marketing efforts, increase sales and integrate with your policies and procedures.

Pilot Programs
A pilot will develop both program and performance benchmarks, giving a realistic projection for growth, profitability and expansion by monitoring and measuring results.

Staffing/Training
We can assist in writing job descriptions and developing equitable compensation plans. We also train the supervisors and telemarketers to ensure success.

On-Going Support
Once the program is on-line, the relationship does not end. Perry-Moran is available on either an as-needed or retainer basis, as you require.
